I started seeing Max around a year ago, I was told he was the trainer who could help improve my posture.

After many years of training I found rather than increasing size and looking good aesthetically I was actually being counter productive with my training.

My training was leading to a hunch back with no definition in my lower body. After some Structural Balance sessions with Max, I found my body shaping had expedited - especially compared to my previous more traditional workouts. I know feel much more comfortable with my body both aesthetically and composition.

At the moment I am completing a muscle building stage, a stage I have always wanted to pursue – I feel much stronger and my body is responding much quicker than before.
  Max has been training me for over 2 years now and we have built a great relationship, he has not only become a great personal trainer but a friend as well.

Max finds a balance between my goals and what I need, I have always been very competitive and goal orientated and when I train I enjoy training hard.

With Max its all about achieving those goals without de training important muscles, which can lead to injuries. I can trust him to make sure that he irons out imbalances while we can still train hard and achieve goals.

I have lost around 5 kg and have maintained my ideal weight and more importantly I feel great with a lot more energy. 
  I have recently been seeing Max for some fun training to keep me motivated.

He keeps me on tab and provides me with a fun workout to help me achieve my goals.

I have already toned up and improved my posture and it's only been 1 month. I enjoy training with Max.
