Fitmax is more than just personal training; Max combines a holistic approach with proven strength and conditioning techniques to achieve maximum results. Each client of Fitmax will undertake a thorough assessment which concludes length tension tests, identifying weak muscles, identifying incorrect movement patterns and a postural assessment.
With these results Fitmax personalizes a program according to the client’s goals & needs.
Max focuses his energy towards preparatory phase training and correct exercise prescription in order to path the way to a foundation for clients to be able to build strong body and mind. He enjoys all aspects of training and provides a range of training styles primarily believing in a strong foundation.
An unbalanced exercise selection, sport, injury, posture and even inactivity can result in muscular imbalance and leaving muscles working at suboptimal levels, which in turn results in a tired and dysfunctional body. Furthermore, wrong muscles are recruited to do another muscles job which creates faulty movement patterns leaving another extra stress on the body. These problems left untreated can lead to back pain, neck pain, shoulder instability and an array of injuries and uncomfortable feelings in the body.
Fitmax addresses these issues and through unique assessments can catch them before they creep up on the body. Max's experience in corrective exercise and structural balance will address these issues and progress the client into a solid strength and conditioning base which allows clients to step into resistance training with confidence.
